I wonder if the feds get involved, as they aren't ones to let cable monopolies like this happen.

I do wonder what they are going to do with LHN. TWC has it, Comcast does not.

We only have TWC here in Kerrville but we do get LHN so hope that doesn't change. Would love to have UVerse. Hear it's lots less than TWC.

I don't care for UVerse. It seemed like every bill there was a new hidden charge being tacked on. I never had a consistent bill with them.

With that said, I hope you have a good experience with them SF. I use Charter currently and don't have any problems with them. I have the 30 MGPS internet and HD Channels, including HBO, Showtime, NFL Network and etc. all for about $100 a month.

Come on Google fiber! Can't get here fast enough. I will say this. I personally have never experienced any issues with TWC. Service has been solid and my Internet (50/5) is adequate. My only complaint is the same that I have for all of them and that is the prices and hidden costs.

In SF, I have Comcast. Cable is so expensive. Honestly, haven't watched tv in almost a month. Been watching my games through watchespn.com. Come football season though, I need cable. Just months February - August are not necessary.
