The branch in Qatar has been around for a couple of years. It was first offered to The University of Texas, but it was rejected because it was thought giving diplomas that said "The University of Texas at Austin" to people who never set foot on the campus of The University of Texas at Austin, never studied under any of the professors at The University of Texas at Austin and never accessed any of the facilities of The University of Texas at Austin would cheapen the value of a degree imprinted with the name The University of Texas at Austin.aggie now has a branch in Qatar. #WRTP We Run This Peninsula or maybe #WRTME We Run The Middle East

Surprisingly, aggie's presence in the region hasn't deterred ISIS at all.The branch in Qatar has been around for a couple of years. Either you did or you didn't attend The University of Texas at Austin. I agree the diploma should be reserved for those who studied at The University of Texas at Austin. aggy felt differently.
The corp could roll over ISIS much like an unarmed male SMU cheerleader.Surprisingly, aggie's presence in the region hasn't deterred ISIS at all.
The players trained at Lake Bryan, just a few miles from Texas A&M’s campus. The training may have been conducted by cadets from A&M’s Corps of Cadets, who would have a very solid understanding of what it takes to execute teamwork.
Also per tamu.eduIn 1963 the Texas state legislature officially renamed the school to Texas A&M University, with the "A" and "M" being a symbolic link to the school's past but no longer officially standing for "Agricultural and Mechanical".
So, ladies and gentlemen, it can truly be said that a&m stands for nothing.1. What does "A&M" stand for?
When the institution gained university status in 1963, the "A&M" representation (no periods, no spaces and with an ampersand) was incorporated into the official name in deference to the institution's history and rich traditions, but the individual letters no longer explicitly stand for anything.
