Not too long at all. Good info here. Interested to see where all our guys go but Fera has to be at least the second best kicker in the draft behind Chris Boswell.

Fera was nails this season - drastically different from his first season with Texas.

Texas starting 2014-2015 will put a lot more in the NFL Combine....Coach Strong !!!

Our last C drafted -- 1986 Chilton (3rd)

Our last OG drafted -- 2007 Blalock (2nd) and Studdard (6th)

Our last OT drafted -- 2008 Hills (4th)

Our last TE drafted -- 2008 Finley (3rd)

Our last RB drafted -- 2009 Ogbonnaya (7th)

Our last DT drafted -- 2012 Randall (7th); before that it was 2009 Miller (3rd) then 2008 Okam (5th)

Our last 3 WRs are Goodwin (2013-3rd), Shipley (2010-3rd) and Sweed (2008-2nd).

We have put alot of DE/OLBs and DBs into the league recently.

This list pretty much lines up with what I would have guessed before I looked it up.

I feel like this is going to be one of the most debated drafts in Recent History. It's unfortunate there won't be more Longhorns taking place in it.

How fast can y'all run in 4.3 seconds? I might get to 20 yds.
Well if I drank the water here in Paraguay.....I am pretty sure I could get to the bathroom from anywhere in my house in less than 4.3!!

Nothing like a little incentive to get you moving!!!

How fast did Jamaal Charles run?

4.38

But when asked recently whether Johnson is faster than Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles ― who ran a 4.38 in 2008 ― Titans safety and former Chief Bernard Pollard had a harder time making a choice than you might think.
“That’s hard, because if you go off of 40s, everybody knows that Chris (Johnson) had the faster 40,” said Pollard, who was Charles' teammate in 2008. “But if you’re talking about game speed, somebody who can just cut it up, I’ve seen them both put it on.”

How fast did Jamaal Charles run?

I stumbled upon this article about 40-times- worth a look http://www.gridironstuds.com/blog/the-fastest-40-yard-dash-ever/

The fastest recorded 40 yard split on record belongs to Olympian Maurice Greene. During his World Record 60 meter run of 6.33, a mark that still exists, Green crossed the 40 yard mark at 4.18. Remembering that .25 seconds must be subtracted from that time due to Accu-track timing and you come up with a 40 yard dash time of 3.93 seconds. What’s the problem with that time? It was run on an indoor track with spikes on giving the runner an advantage over the football players who have run on grass with cleats.
In an effort to centralize all the reported 40 yard dash times. I will start what we call the SUB 4.3 Club. I will attempt to keep a running record of the sub 4.3 forty yard dashes and their owners in this list. I will refrain from adding times of the ridiculous and will do some research on all times that qualify. I will say one thing, can you web surfers stop reporting that Deion Sanders ran a 4.57 forty yard dash backwards. That’s just flat out ridiculous.

Enjoy the following list of reported (and somewhat believable) 40 yard dashes run under 4.3 seconds. We will continue to add on to this list over time. Did I miss someone? Comment on this article and make your case. Please do not quote high school forty yard dash times. Nothing against them, let’s just stick to college and pro football right now.
