Well anybody wanna agree with me or disagree with me but Strong has bought a new culture in recruiting.,,,,,
It's about as opposite to the way Mack Brown did it as possible

that will never get old.Baylor should say thank you to good ole Mr. Locke cause he is the one who gave them the offense they used against UNC. Also the score was 17-0 before the WR even attempted to play QB. It just makes me so mad when they trumpet the victory over UNC but belittle the L they took to Texas. lol Sorry rant over.
Well the only silver lining is we got to see Shon Don shadow box.![]()
Nope not even Fowler. He went with his heart on this one
my sentiments exactly. charlie needs his recruits in the leadership/upper class positions.Yep just give him a chance to do his thing, I promise that 4 Charlie Strong recruiting classes makes us probably one of if not the best team in the country
Probably not happening. McNeal has supposedly lost about 15 pounds since the end of the season. I think he'll just be a big WR. Hopefully he is ready to contribute this next season.I think McNeal will be our receiving tight end next season
But as soon as Cuffee committed to us loochie called him "no great loss".Want some laughs?![]()
I loved how he cut her off to say no on if he called aggy to decline. lolMy bad. It was jones talking to AY.
Charlie Strong to SumlinThat's how aggy rolls... But Im sure in retrospect, they never were sec good.
Yet both are very effective recruiters. It's about as opposite to the way Mack Brown did it as possible
I agree mostly with what you've stated here. The only thing I would add here and it's a big one... The Bridgewater Effect. All things considered this class doesn't fit in the grading system because its higher than an A. Food for thought: Coach Strong's first two seasons at Louisville were 7-5, 7-5. His first two full recruiting classes were ranked #28 and #45. Year's three and four at Louisville their record was 11-2 and 12-1. Coaches first two years here 6-7, 5-7 and his first full classes were ranked #10 and #11 (per247). I've got a feeling we are going to see a jump in on field production next season.
We beat them with a TightEnd playing QB for usslightly off topic, but...watching the Baylor replay on LHN right now and remembering aggy talking about how we only beat them cause they played a WR at QB. Well they did have their 3rd stringer playing QB, who wasn't bad, but got his ass knocked out by PJ Locke, a safety that Charlie flipped at the last minute last year. How many of this years signees/flips are going to come up with big plays next season? Charlie knows how to find talent.
Also just saw the big melee again, can't believe they weren't penalized and we were
