Mora may not be a popular choice around here but it's very hard to argue with the recent success of UCLA. He isn't my first choice but I wouldn't be terribly disappointed if he won the job.

Got an update this morning. Disclaimer: Source was described as pretty far removed, but said to know Mora. So take it for what it's worth.

I'm told interview took place. Mora's supposed selling point (if you can call it that) was that UCLA doesn't pay its assistant coaches well and he felt like if he got the job at UT, he could really bring in some good assistant coaches.

If that's true, color me more underwhelmed with him, and, hopefully, the people talking to him were likewise underwhelmed.

I looked last night and didn't see anything. Of course, it's possible that they used a BMD plane. Also, some tail numbers are blocked.
