At this point the administration is just letting him flap around in the wind. Seriously, f@#$ the administration.

Strong: "I have spoken with Greg after every game. I have been told that we will be evaluated after TCU." Unbelievable. I feel so bad for Charlie. This is insane.

Our Administration is screwing this up so badly... How can supposedly smart people be so incompetent.  I hope this comedy of errors doesn't impact the next hire, but at this time I have zero confidence and we may in fact be looking at even more incompetence over the next few weeks.

Strong on if he told the team he won't be coach in 2017: "When you get into this profession, it's about developing young men. Many of them don't have father figures. Wins and losses are really important, but also the overall development of a young man. No, I did not tell them I won't be back."

Well, they aren't letting this play out without realizing the cost they will have to pay in the realm of public perception or in the media. Really, really badly played.

If they think people are going to come out to the game, they are nuts. All they are going to succeed in is turning the fanbase off.

Am I missing something?  The only official statement from Perrin has been he will evaluate at season's end.  Are we saying that him doing what he said he would do is incompetent or inconsistent?

A lot of this crap storm is being created by media and feaux-media.  I know many of us want the administratoin to cook or get off the pot...but Perrin said he would evaluate at season's end and that appears to be what he is doing...

There's a reason these types of administration decisions are leaked to the media. It's all on them, not the media. They wanted it to be known what their decision was, then Perrin comes out and does the opposite. Hence the s*** storm that is ensuing.
