There seems to be an issue with one of the assistants Strong is adamant about bringing with him - Clint Hurt. He's Strong's lead recruiter (rec coordinator) and defensive line coach.

The problem is, Hurt is a "show cause" coach because of all the trouble he got into at Univ. of Miami. Texas does not do "show cause" coaches.

So, at the moment, we're at a stand off. Someone's got to budge and I doubt it's going to be Texas.

All I know at the moment. Just got back from Randolph Duke's house.
