Yes sir...he said it. I played it back and he said it. Honestly, if the kids (players and recruits) were wondering if he would be around them that would make pause and think twice. That one little statement is going to F@#K this recruiting class as well as might lead to current players quitting on him. Mark my words.

Sometimes i wonder if our Media Obligations may be too much for Coaches that want to strictly focus on Coaching. It seemed like Mack Brown declined when LHN came along as well

Well I have been very busy lately and this is the first I have heard of Miami rumors.  So yea if it has been talked about for a week I can see that.  But honestly I always thought Charlie looked unhappy or uncomfortable doing rewind and all the other LHN media shows.  Hes not like Mack Brown in front of the camera that's pretty obvious.

I don't think it would be a reach to say that's likely Charlie's least favorite part of the job. No school has a spotlight on their program quite like we do.

BevoBlake may be onto something here. Texas is a very high profile/pressure job and I'm wondering if Charlie is starting to crack under the pressure.
