...greetings "longhorn nation". we get it, for this is indeed our very own mardi gras...

everyone is one edge! for this type of texas sized party can only happen just so often. everyone has their own favorite.... for some have eagerly confided to their closest pals. some are just too nervous to confide... period. "smoke screens" in all variations.... have become the latest fad / trends. why not, for this is "mardi gras" texas style. big, bodacious, and all out powerful.

not to worry "longhorn nation. "steve" is on it. he has a plan just as fluid as "santa's 3:00 sleigh ride. in my most humble opinion.... coach john harbaugh is coming to texas! it's "mardi gras" time.... party on!

Monarch, we get it. You want Harbaugh. Thanks for the 100th post letting us know.

Blue Horn,

Granted Mcphaul said Strong would bring in a top quality coaching staff with him, do you not think Saban would also? Come on now. Recruits want to play for winners. For the short-term (next 5 years), Saban is much better for Texas than Strong. Saban can get the program back to the pinnacle of college football.

...i find it truly remarkable that you honor saban as per so much vigor. this man cannot even honor his new, and very bountiful recruits and their families. oh my...

Ummm Saban had a recruit de-commit last week. So recruits can de-commit to him, but he can't leave for another school? I am not calling Saban the be-all-end-all, but I am saying that he would jump start the program, fan base, and recruiting trail more than any other hire and be best for the school short-term.

...i for one, am fully confident that "john harbaugh" can emulate the very same success, and even more so than "saban". all the while maintaining honor, as well as a bit of dignity as per the university of texas. the very last thing that "texas" needs after hiring it's new head coach.... is the circus "albeit" onslaught of "de commits".
