1. Fire his ass,

2. Monetary settlement follows signature on a gag order.

3. Monetary settlement severs all ties between Brown and UT. (Note: The man is toxic.)

4. Monetary settlement must be repaid in full if Brown writes, co-writes, or provides information for any articles or books about his time on the 40, contacts any players or players representatives or families.

5. Coaching duties terminated effective 12/27/2013.
