Mack Brown's Future at Texas

Mack has been a blessing for the University but last year's performance brought fans back to a reality we have not seen in many years. If we struggle again this year do we have a mutiny?

Is it time for some new blood in the head coaching position? Muschamp obviously thought it would be a while before Mack stepped down so he could take the reins.

Can you blame Muschamp for leaving? I think Mack picks his retirement date - unless things spiral out of control the next few years. The QB position is certainly an issue, as is the O-line. The Horns did good in bringing Harsin in. Should keep opposin gdefenses on ther toes...

I think mack sticks around 4-5 more years. Look for us to be challenging for the NC in 2012 and 2013.

Agreed. Like I said, with the new coaching staff in place and with Wylie working there butts off, this will be a dangerous team after everything gels.

I agree with this totally. I have heard Harsin has a solid game plan going forward and the offense should be much better than next year. Malcolm Brown should see some good playing time with Fozzy and Cody J.

But WTH is up with Mack saying to Dave Campbell Texas Football? He said Texas will be back but he doesn't know when. I want my head coack too say - WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR! Even if he knows they will be medicocre!
