Mack Brown Final Settlement

And you'd be wrong. But don't let me keep you from the suction that you are maintaining on Mack's anus.
You need to take a deep breath. All posters on here are entitled to their opinion.

Too much man. Bring it down a few notches.

Some reasons to love Mack:
- Burning Swoopes' redshirt (also hurts Swoopes personally and professionally)

- Clinging to his job for critical weeks that could have been used to build recruiting momentum (including during the banquet) after agreeing multiple times over the course of the season that he would step down

- Using up in home visits that could have helped Charlie Strong recruit

- Asking recruits to look at other universities during his final weeks at Texas
you're becoming annoyingly repetitive. this is your third or fourth anti-mack diatribe in one short thread. why not take this broken record over to OB where you'll fit right in.

your posts are crossing WAY over the line.

I've read that his coaching contract would have paid him up to another $40M.

"Right ON"...his actions following the Baylor debacle did UT and Strong no favors. He needs to move on.

Mack needs to back away from any "Special Assistant" role. Considering all the fan base has learned about Mack's actions since the Baylor game, he doesn't have the right to be considered "special" about anything regarding The University.
I understand the fund raisers want to milk the last dollar out of Mack's relationship to all the inside donors he used to stroke the egos of but that conflicts with Coach Strong moving the program, players and football fans in a new direction. Mack should take all the millions he unjustly earned since the 2010 season and retire to the mountains of North Carolina.

he is moving on. he's out. his buyout was widely reported to be $2.75 mil so he gets it. the $500K is for one year only. i suspect he'll rarely if ever be in the athletic dept offices.
this is really pretty much a non-story.

slim my friend I know you will not agree but I don't want MB around the football program CS is the man and we need to get behind him. No MB distractions is needed and a pay off of 2.75 million for 4 years is a good package for MB and Texas. My friends y'all have a great weekend.
