Yup, I well remember Houston Nutt's classless and sophomoric gesture as a HEAD COACH after piggly - wiggly won the 1999 CB.

I don't think he's doing a horns down at all from the video I saw. Just looks like he cracked his knuckles. The pics and certain video angles make it look much worse than what it really is. Check out the video I posted.
