Longhorns host Islanders on Tuesday, Travel to Texas State on Wednesday

After winning three of four games against BYU at Disch-Falk Field last week, the Longhorns are back on the home diamond on Tuesday, and travel to San Marcos on Wednesday for a pair of games against the Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders and Texas State Bobcats, respectively.

The series win against BYU improved the Texas record to 3-4 on the season after David Pierce's squad dropped their first three games of the season at the State Farm College Baseball Showdown in Houston.

The Longhorns didn't play either team last season due to COVID-19 cutting the 2020 season short.  Texas lost to both teams in the 2019 season.
