From 1973. TJT vs FW Arlington Heights.

Heights had RB Roland Sales, Mike Renfro at WR, and Tony Franklin as their kicker that year. Earl and co took care of bidness

I have convinced myself Sark saved the teams best for last.
I hope you're correct. The playbook seemed a lot more wide open in the last 2 games at least.

Could also be the light coming on for Ewers as he seems to be seeing the field better and getting all the playmakers involved. Whittington, Sanders, Mitchell, and Worthy all saw multiple touches in the last 2 games. Not to mention Robinson, Blue and Baxter all having increased roles.

I noticed Ewers changing reads and hitting the open man quick against Ok State. If that keeps up he could be a monster for the whole year season, if he comes back. And for the rest of this season. He has 3 weeks and however many practices to get better for the playoffs. He's been getting better. The two QBs who have been getting better as the season went on for the playoff teams are Milroe and Quinn. Penix has tapered off a bit and McCarthy doesn't pass enough to know.

Agreed...noticed the same thing about QE. It could be that the OL providing him with a consistently clean pocket has helped. Also, he may have been a little gun shy after getting injured on a sack.
