Well, Jerry thinks he's playing poker with the other owners/teams. He will show desire for one player hoping to draw attention to that player while when his pick time comes, he goes with the guy he was trying to be quiet about.

The problem is that Jerry is usually only holding a pair of deuces while the other owners are holding aces. He doesn't bluff as well as he thinks. One of the reasons he will pay Dak 60,000,000 per soon.
