SignUp Now!He looks like the short yardage and red zone back this year.Red just might be more involved with the offense than any of us thought.
Remember scrathing him off my depth chart, just do not rememberwhy. Would guess a medical as he was always hurt.I may have missed it, but what happened to Brayden Liebrock? He's not on the roster and I can't find him in any portal movement. Did he medically retire?
Agree with you on Ogoufu. Every once in a while he would luck out and be in the right place at the right time. But overall, he was pretty meh.So I keep hearing people wondering who will replace Ovie Ogoufu. Ogoufu wasn't that great. I think between Sorrell and Burke this is handled. Finkley and Tapp will fill in adequately as replacements. As a matter of fact I think they are all upgrades.
I think this defense has a chance to be as good as 2009. At the least.
Agree 100% on WRS. Any guesses other than Allen. Blue is running at #1 RB , Brooks and KRob. battling injuties. LB?According to TFB – RB, S, and LB may all take a hit in the portal.
Also said there are at least four members of the WR room who will play in the NFL.

KRob will likely lose snaps to Savion Red. Red has turned some heads and has east-west quicks that KRob doesn't have. So I don't discount the possibility that he leaves. Blue may be running #1, but he knows the job belongs to Brooks when he gets back. Baxter, Red and Brooks won't leave a lot of touches for Blue or KRob.Agree 100% on WRS. Any guesses other than Allen. KRob was the first name that came to mind when I read your post. I hope Blue does not bc the injury Brooks had could be a lingering recovery like JWitt was. That said, there are only so many carries to go around so someone will likely feel left out and look for other opportunities. Hopefully Blackwell doesn't feel like he is being overlooked. At safety, Allen as you said but also Larry Turner Golden.
I'm surprised by this assessment. I agree that Red playing could be at the expense of KRob, but I would think Reds advantage isn't about speed, but that his extra 30 lbs allows him to block more effectively and run between the tackles when needed.KRob will likely lose snaps to Savion Red. Ten bodies for two positions. A little crowded maybe.LB is not a place we need to lose bodies.
Don't forget the hybrid position. There is Sam and Will that change out as well.Ten bodies for two positions. A little crowded maybe.
What a difference a couple years make. Not too long ago we were trying to fill several gaps via the portal. Now we're talking about who might portal out because we're stacked at that position.KRob was the first name that came to mind when I read your post. That might be true, too. And I don't know that speed is the difference here. His ability to cut and move east-west probably puts him above KRob, who is more of a north-south runner.I'm surprised by this assessment. Alabama and Georgia to me it is coachingJust listening to others and thinking, this years NFL draft should become a selling point for recruiting. Texas should have guys drafted on all three days.
It's early but I think next year's draft will help as well. That's what has kept Bama, Ohio St. and UGa at the top during the CFP
Thoughts?
