Just want to clarify. You believe that we will be playing in the SEC in 2023?I believe we are leaving even earlier. If BYU is coming in, as well as others, in 2023, that means a new GOR and new TV contracts. Those puppies aren’t done for a year.
Are the people that write these things clueless, or do they think we are? We gone!
Hook ‘em!
Yes. Why would we split earnings with BYU, and others?Just want to clarify. You believe that we will be playing in the SEC in 2023?
I hope you're right, but a lot has to happen and quickly for that to be the caseYes. Why would we split earnings with BYU, and others?
if I understand correctly, bringing in new conference members, voids the old GOR.
That is not correct. Does not void it since the majority of the conference voted them in.Yes. Why would we split earnings with BYU, and others?

The 2023 SEC schedule is already out. Also the BIG12 bylaws specify that a team needs to give 18 months notice, which implies notification at the end of the month for us to join in 2024.Just want to clarify. You believe that we will be playing in the SEC in 2023?
When we leave even if it's not until 2025 we need to pay out 2 years worth of BIG12 revenue, so if I understand it the expansion will cause less distribution in 2023 and 2024, but should result in a lower exit fee.Are you absolutely certain?
There must be some remedy then for reduced income
TV contracts increase with more teams so it's not much of a drop in revenue at all.Are you absolutely certain?

TB14, it’s not that simple.TV contracts increase with more teams so it's not much of a drop in revenue at all.
