Kind of like an encyclopedia is to finding out about interesting stuff and people in history? Now I get it.?

I don't want to speculate, I have heard a couple of things. But suffice to say he was honorable with what he did and why he did it. It was a personal issue back home.
His father passed away is what I was told. He had to help the family. By everyone who knows him he’s a great kid. He’s a player who’s NIL money could really help the family.

I feel like your post pretty much agreed with mine...hard to say what will happen with the coaching carousel but I think we are mostly on the same page.
You are right, just missed read what you said. Though Banks is a tough read. Same with Joseph.

Was it his father? Heard it was someone in the family, but couldn't remember.  Glad to hear he is coming back.

I didn't know that Banks was considered for bigger gigs this past year. Monkey gate may require him to lay low for a season or two before entertaining any higher profile jobs.

I wouldn't be shocked to see Joseph somewhere else in a year or two. If he doesn't jive with PK I could see him making a lateral move to work with a DC he gets on with better. Alternatively, if DB play doesn't improve, he may be leaving against his will. I'm really not too concerned with him leaving or staying.

Mike Roach always spoke highly of his work effort and tenacity. More so than any other player I remember recently. Hopefully that serves him well as he gets back into things at Texas.
