Based on what I saw last year, USC may be better off with Naivar as the DC and Orlando as the position coach.

He improved at the end of the season but never wasn't a fit at Texas. He didn't like it here and we didn't like him not liking it here. What was the deal with Mitchell transferring? He played alot and played pretty well. Was he just never able to embrace the Grind of Texas football?
Love SHA and all that he brings to this site as he has legit sources, but the info on Mitchell seemed a bit off and seems to be confirmed since Mitchell has withdrawn his name from the portal this morning. IT mods noted that there was more going on here and that both Mitchell and the coaches were communicating and this was a possibility. Mitchell was good, despite horrific coaching last season, and should be excellent this year.He improved at the end of the season but never wasn't a fit at Texas. Just posted this on SHA's last post, but IT mods were posting about this as of late last week that this was not a certain transfer situation and that communications were ongoing and improving. Glad he's stayingBig news as Juwann Mitchell has decided to stay. Removed his name from the transfer portal.

This is good news I believe. It sounds like the future at QB after Sam is Casey then Hudson Card. This will give us three strong running backs Keontay, Roschon, and Bijan for next year. Plus Jordan in the slot as a game breaker. Two quick notes from The Football Brainiacs...
- they are hearing Roschon Johnson will remain at RB for the foreseeable future, and this will allow Jordan Whittington to go back to slot WR where he was originally before the slew of RB injuries.
- Texas attempted to get Michigan grad transfer WR Tarik Black on campus last weekend, but that didn't come to fruition. They believe Black will ultimately choose Texas as things stand.
