Are you freaking kidding me? Verizon FiOS? What in the hell is this? I guess I shouldn't be so selfish but this is a joke! At least someone will be watching Garret Gilbert throw 5 picks against Rice... I WANT MY LONGHORN NETWORK AND I WANT IT NOW.

Chill out. We should all be celebrating the first provider has been announced. It is just the tip of the iceberg my friend. You will get yours and if you don't then change providers! ESPN need to make some cash so they are wheeling and dealing.

It is all negotiations..Believe me the carriers want this network..I called Time Warner last week and the lady that answered said over half their calls are about the network..It will happen so be ready to move quickly..I was told to watch for on screen alerts..

ESPN wants Time Warner to carry the LHN as part of the basic cable package (of course) and Time Warner is saying that it will cost them .40 per subscriber. Does not sound like a lot but add it all up and it is a ton of cash.
