They look like they are enjoying themselves.

I've met a couple of the guys in the photo & talked to a few more...in all cases I came away very impressed with the caliber of young man that is in this class.

Is he a signee, or is he in town for a recruiting visit? Haven't heard of him. Plus, are you sure this isn't actually Blain Irby regenerating his eligibility seeing he is a doppelgänger.
Blain Irby...was one great TE. I remember he suffered an awful injury against Rice early in his college

days at UT.  That injury he incurred would have been a career ender for most...but he worked hard,

recuperating for a LONG time...and ended up having a great senior season for Texas. I remember

I admired his grit, determination and courage to work so hard just to be able to return and play football

again for Texas. I dont know where he is now or what he's doing...but I wish you all the best, Mr. Irby.

Blain Irby...one tough dude. Thanks for coming to UT.

He would have been a great one had he not had the massive injury. Either way he worked hard and returned to the field which was a risky and very brave decision. He had a year of eligibility when he retired from football, good call to avoid risking another injury. I remember watching his injury and just cringing as his entire knee dislocated. I am a physical therapist, but anyone watching that knew it was a catastrophic injury.

He and Case helped beat aggy.  If he had gotten hit on that knee again, he would have been crippled for life.  As it is, he will always have a limp and pain.

He was ill advised.  I know he loved football, but some things are more important in life.
