Per Texas, Sam Ehlinger and Zach Shackleford cleared concussion protocol and returned to practice today. 

Toneil Carter (head) and PJ Locke (ankle) did not practice today.

Good for Sam and Shack! Sux for Carter and Locke. Hopefully they recover quickly. Was looking forward to seeing what Carter does against the TCU defense
