I like Herbie but he would be the last person I would think would have any info on what is going on with the Texas head coaching situation, or know what Saban is going to do

Because Nick told him he was not coming and Nick knew Herbie would put that out and that's what Nick wants to slow down the talk because he is coming and is not ready to go public just yet..

Why didn't they ask him that last week on Gameday? You'd thought Herbie would have learned about letting his alligator mouth overload his tad pole ass with the Les Miles debacle a few years ago. Regardless of the final verdict, I'm sure Herbie doesn't know anymore than we do.

I keep on hearing Saban will do TV. I could not think of a worse person to watch than Saban nor a person who would hate being a TV analyst more than Saban.

Chip Brown talked about this stuff on the show this morning. There is nothing in the LHN contract that says the head coach HAS to do anything. They'll get along fine without him. He'll do his radio show and thats about it.
