Hammad staying at Texas?

This is an important moment for this staff.  It's one thing to suspend a kid for not adhering to "your" rules, it's quite another to have a player with ability consider tranferring when the coaching staff may value the player.

I noticed last night that LHN was running a Ticker update about Hammad. It still said, "OB.com is reporting...." - it did not say that Hammad was transferring.

It's subtle, but the difference was noted.

I'm not so sure that something wasn't misunderstood when all this crap broke.

I would love to know the entire story.

I think he had a change of heart once he realized he would be missing out on Jester Dorm's famous Friday Evening halal meatloaf.

Saban?  Freudian slip?  :)
What? Are you saying that Saban is NOT the head coach at Texas!

Inside Texas, and pretty much all the other insiders, said it was a done deal. Had bought a house and everything.

Jeez, I can't imagine that they were all wrong.

And then IT told us that Hammad was staying when he was really leaving! What's going on with their sources?

I'm beginning to think that "insiders" don't even exist. But what do I know. Except that my source told me that Saban was never coming. Told me that in September of last year and never wavered.

Freudian slip? No. Just making fun of sites that think they have some kind of inside information that no one else has. Hell, just go read the last Inside the Humidor that was free on Inside Texas. I swear, just about anyone who follows Texas football close enough could have written it as well as all the other Insider the Humidors or whatever they call their inside stuff. And, yes, I think the same thing about Crossfire.

Since it is an in conference transfer wouldn't he have to give up two years?
