Since I'm not at the Cotton Bowl today, I decided to do the next best thing and smoke on the ole Renegade.

I've got a brisket (smaller), a pork butt, and a turkey breast.

That's warehouse bbq!  Poteet serves tacos and then you get Eddie Deen bbq the next day.  The life of an esteemed media member!

FYI - at the Pearland Dawson vs. Manvel game last night they served Central Texas bbq in the press box.  That's fairly good grub.

It all turned out great. I was very happy with the brisket.

C'mon street.  This has been a long process.  Young Lukus has really done a fine job with the learning.  I'm just hoping he doesn't start revealing his secrets to the folks in Tennessee.
