What sucks is this is another bowl game where you see a performance that gives you all kinds of hope for the next year.

Thinking Herman could return kills that hope.

We'll lose to TCU and OU again and one other team I'm sure.

Herman squeezed 8 wins from a team that should have won 10.  That’s the way I see it.  Also failed to win the conference when it was his for the taking.  
 

Regardless of bowl record, it’s time to turn the page.

Final comment before I'm out for the night -- Colorado was bad. We played pretty well and there's some great talent for the future, but Colorado is not a good football team.

My thoughts

1. Is Bijan being put on a pitch count? As in how many yards he runs?

2. The secondary had a bad day. Had we played against a competent QB the game would have been much different.

3. The defensive front 6 seems to have worn down as the game progressed. The D definitely missed Ossai, QB pressure was sporadic.

4. Hudson who? Did Thompson look as good as Sam on his best day?

5. Can we please rewrite the targeting rule?

6. Considering what Bijan has done in his limited playing time along with Thompson's performance tonight, is anyone doubting this coaching staff's ability to judge talent? Or are they just too loyal to upper classmen?
