Beginning to think that Herman or the entire staff don't want to develop players. The BEST way to develop players is to get them game reps. The best way to do that is to blow out opponents you should. A concept seemingly lost on this staff or at least the HC.

I'm sick of hearing how the Colorado defense is giving their offense a chance. Should be saying that Tom Herman is giving the Colorado offense a chance to make it a game. It's getting difficult to watch.

I just think your best players should play the most. Herman has shown his entire tenure he doesn’t agree.

Absolutely agree until you put a team away and can develop the younger, less experienced guys for the future. Sadly in the Herman era, we never seem to be able to put any teams away.
