My thoughts on the game . . .
We had a Collin Simmons spotting today. About time.
Tre Moore is a dog. Had a great game today.
We have great depth at DE. Excited to see the young guys showing their stuff.
Arch Manning comes out of the funk with a thunderous roar. Great game for him. He needed this.
Wingo had a great game. Finally saw the speed that he possesses.
The Washington TD was pretty. All alone and could have choked in the spotlight there but he was money.
My view on the Punt Return team is a love-hate thing. Niblett makes some great returns. Other times he scares me to death.
We have a good FG kicker and punter.
DTs were dominant tonight. Love seeinig thatt.
I really can't point to any facet of the team that didn't do well tonight. Thats a great sign.
DeAndre Moore really made a splash. He was great.
I know it was Sam Houston State. But we beat the Bearkats just like we should have beaten them. Great way to go into the bye week. Now, these guys have had success. Thats important.
I'm not as fearful of the Florida game as I was during the off season.

I could say some critiques for the game the only one I will say is that there’s no way we should’ve committed 9 penalties during this game given the opponent. Still very sloppy as usual.
As for other things, I will just enjoy a dominant victory.

Not a big deal. They’re moving undefeated teams up above a one-loss team, and I can’t really argue who is the better team right now. If we keep on our current trajectory (a last game sample) and teams above us start losing, it’ll all straighten itself out
