I think we rotated our players a lot more effectively. Our D played a lot more than theirs through the first 3 quarters, but got stronger in the 4th

Yes and yes. I think he saw a big game environment that was likely bigger than what he saw at LSU's game. He witnessed Texas beat #1 and in dramatic fashion.

Those things tend to have some impact. I think he imagined himself playing in front of that crowd and on that big of a stage.
