My thoughtswere if Ewers plays up to what most people thinks he can. And Sark becomes a second half coach.

I think it should be 11 wins and a Big12 title.
IMO only two positions can hurt a great season QB and coach.
That young offensive line might be the best one we've had since 2009... I know that's not saying too much. You're certainly entitled to your opinion. Not only was Ewers essentially a true frosh who hadn't played many meaningful snaps in about two years, but he was also recovering from a serious injury for much of the year, he was playing behind a very young OL, his prime target XW was playing injured for much of the year, and XW was usually double covered. That only left short to intermediate routes available. Furthermore, it's rare that a frosh QB is able to lead a team to greatness without a deep and skilled team around him. This year, more pieces are in place and QE has another year under his belt. I expect at least 10 wins and a B12 title as long as key players remain healthy.
That is one thing QE has to prove to me, he has to show he can go to one of the other 4 options, if they play zone he has to find the seams in the coverage, if they play 2 deep then he has to take what is open underneathIf XW had a broke hand and could not catch the ball. Then why was not another WR used.
Forget it it was last year and over and done.
It’s a big mysteryIf XW had a broke hand and could not catch the ball. Then why was not another WR used.

Let me say Im no expert of offenses, but I am smart enough to know in today's sophisticated zone read the QB has options, and they are taught to read and go thru their progressions...last year QE had a bad habit of looking for XW and nobody else, remember the rant and being berated by one of the WR's about being open and QE not getting him the ball...in QE defense Im sure X was open much more often than not, but both he and Sark share the blame for being stubborn and not throwing it around the yard. Texas has to have another home run threat besides XW and they both need to be on the field at the same time. If QE has matured like everyone says the amount of time XW is targeted should drop significantly and there should be at least 5 or 6 guys on the stat sheet with receptions each gameIf XW had a broke hand and could not catch the ball. Then why was not another WR used.
