One of the things that worries me is that he-who-must-not-be-named is scheduled to be on air for the NC which would be after any announcement Friday/Saturday.

You can say a lot about the guy, but I doubt he wants to do, what would be, a national press conference after deciding to bolt here. I'd imagine he'd want to lay as low as possible.

It wouldn't be hard for him to say, guys I'm not going to talk about this before they go on air. He's not going to be interviewed, he's going to be commenting. Or think of it this way, maybe he would want to discus the move. Who knows?

I dont' think it would be a national press conference at all. I think there's enough window of time to get the majority of the press rush out of the way. If anything, I think he may be asked a couple questions about it at the half or even before the game. The commentators will certainly talk about it some at the half. But there is a national championship game to be played and I'd imagine the networks will stick to playing that up as much as possible. There is a lot of time to be spent on showcasing both teams, so it's not going to be a Nick Saban Power Hour.
