I'm re-posting something from OB and IT. I agree that we do need to voice our opinions as it could make a difference. Please see below:

It's our fault too if we don't demand change. Most of the people here are brave enough to bitch anonymously on the message boards but I think about 5% actually let their feelings be known by contacting Powers directly. I've contacted him before and he responded in less than two days.
I encourage you guys to email him or his office directly. Send a firm professional email and be respectful. In fact, go old school and write a letter to his office.
Bitching on obloods isn't going to do anything.
