Elite 8 Game Thread: Texas vs South Carolina

The 6-seed Texas Women's Basketball team is set to play in the Elite 8 against the top-seeded South Carolina Gamecocks on Tuesday evening at the Alamodome in San Antonio.

The Longhorns upset third seed Maryland on Saturday evening 64-61.

Texas hasn't won an NCAA Tournament game in three years but has railed off three straight wins in this year's Big Dance under first year Texas head coach Vic Schaefer.

Did they really not score at all in the 4th qtr?  Well, only playing 6 players will do that, especially as hard as they play.  Will be nice when Coach Vic has 8 or 9 to rotate.  Anyway, great year and something very positive to build on.
