Daniels ACT issue?

I was just reading over at OB that there may be an ACT issue with recently signed Daniels? Anyone know/hear anything about this? Hope it is inaccurate....

Was told 10 days ago that is was known to staff and it's believed he can get it done. He's close to the number. This bit of info should be good, but carries no guarantee or warranty of fact. How it happened is he's close and it's better he's committed to us and working on it, than to be committed elsewhere doing the same. Just keeping my fingers crossed.
