*****CWS Update Thread****

ASU unis are really weird.

Check this out; black jerseys with an almost burnt orange lettering/numbering.

Their color scheme is crimson, gold/yellow and white.  What is this all about?

Don't know if it was mentioned earlier, but 1 Ok State lost today to 2 Arky 7-5; Ok State plays 4 St. John's tomorrow in elimination game.

I'm just not sure there's a great team in that region. I thought Coastal Carolina was the best 2 seed in the country but I didn't realize they lost 2 starting pitchers to injury recently. I will say Cal is an underrated 3.

But yeah, A&M is screwed in the pitching department.I'm not even sure who they will throw tomorrow. They've been trying to figure out the #3 starter for about a month now, and to no avail. I think they tried to start Vinson in the SEC tournament and he got ripped apart. Their best option for the #3 starter was probably Hendrix and he threw close to 100 pitches tonight in relief. This is the last team that wants to be in the losers bracket.

I think A&M has a chance to advance because of the bats, but I certainly wouldn't put any money on that.
That was what was so frustrating about tonight. The pitching has stepped up in these first two games and we got no run support. I think that may have been the first time this season we haven't scored at least two runs.

CS Fullerton has runners on 2&3 in B8 with 2 outs; tied at 2 with CS Fullerton.  New P for ASU.
