Conference Realignment Discussion

I'm listening to this hearing and frankly I'm stunned.  I guess nothing that happens in the pink building should ever come as a shock or surprise, but the bottom line is this - neither Texas or Oklahoma has broken their contractual agreement with the Big 12.  That's the bottom line, plain and simple

Don't know if it happens this weekend but strong possibility they do.  Basketball program can get them in doors their football program can't.
If KU breaks away (and the sooner the better), the Big12 falls apart.  This would be good for UT WRT the exit fees & GOR

We will have an article up shortly about the Select Committee on the Future of College Sports in Texas hearing that went down today.

No kind words from this representative.  Was it our responsibility to make the big12 a great conference?

Well, it is if you call your shot by saying "by end of week."
My man Cujo hasn't nailed anything in about a decade,  but credit where credit is due if he gets this one.

Some of those insiders from the Mack Era still try to push info, but they post it late or you can tell they've just read other boards or articles from national sites.

Interesting denial. He says no communications between Florida State and the SEC. It is more likely that the communications would be indirect. If he wanted to crush the rumor he would have said we have no interest in joining the SEC and we have not communicated with the SEC through any direct or indirect channels.
