Kerry Collins is back and is the back up for Peyton if he cannot start the regular season. Is this a hint that Peyton will not start against the Texans?

I think it definitely says a lot. This is the year the Texans SHOULD win the division. Manning coming off neck surgery that has not healed is not what the Colts had in mind. I have read stories about neck surgeries and how long the healing process takes and I can guarantee you Manning will not play until it is healed completely. Not being a huge Texans fan I will say that the Texans will probably be in the playoffs. If Manning does play against the Texans look for an L. He is spectacular against them - especially in Reliant Stadium.
