Lou Holtz has lost a huge portion of his brain cells and is too old, too senile to speak clearly (notice his increasingly slurred pronunciation of words), let alone analyze problems at Texas. What does he know about Texas' problems anyway? He's paid to be politically correct. There is a lot of money involved. He will always be advised by ESPN to play nice and be neutral in controversial issues.

Both Mack Brown and DeLOSSY Dudd need to be fired. But you are never gonna hear it from Lou Holtz or ESPN.

Oh, I like old Lou. Mary May works for ESPN too and he is critical of Mack and company. I just think Lou is part of the good old boy coaches network and him and Mack are friends.

I don't usually watch ESPN. It would be great if Mary May would openly recommend a change of coach and AD, though I doubt she would go that far.

I credit Lou's veneers for his spittle-filled pontifications.

He is pure entertainment. That said, he's forgotten more football than most others ever knew. Doesn't mean I agree with him and his deluded ND fixation but I respect him.

Hearing him zing Mark May gives me joy (and, yes, I'll grant I'm easily amused).
