The timing for strong makes no sense unless we were afraid we would lose our "safety" hire (and a good one if he's the hire) to Miami. I've seen no info on that and we were told just today that the ball was in Saban's court. I want Saban, but that's not clouding my thought on this. Strong doesn't get an offer at this point if logic dictates, which is not always the case.

Chip got both of those things "right" after Jesus reported it. JS reported the DD news weeks before chip did. In fact, chip always says it's not true right up until it is.
