I think he is clearly an upgrade over what we have now, huge upgrade. He has a lot of positives but the couple of hires at WV havent been home runs so there are questions about his coach hiring abilities. Deloss, can make $ but can NOT run a program, at least not lately.

Good points again. But, how easy can it be to get top level coaches to come to West Virginia? It's not exactly a hot bed of success in any of the major sports.
