Maybe out of the gate, but if we're fed a couple sketchy candidates first, we'll get excited about almost anyone.

I dunno. I've said before - Ogeron who has bewn a HC, in NFL, I don't know if he could be servant to a very strong demanding HC like Saban to be only a position coach.

Most of their staff has had either HC or NFL experience. They know they can learn from him and become better candidates for jobs after the fact. It'd be a smart move on his part to do so. Rumph and nussmier were let go with no fight. Don't know if that bodes well. We are looking to be getting a legit staff at the 40.im excited.

My guess is this situation is similar to their Offensive Coordinator situation (I.E. Saban wants to replace the coach so the coach takes another job). The Alabama boards seem to think this as well, saying that Saban is cleaning house a bit at Alabama. Not sure if this is a great hire or not.

Saban will simply hire Orgeron and all will be well. Saban replaced Davis with no problem, I'm betting this will happen the same way.

Not sure Kiffin-Orgeron would be such a good fit@ Alabama.
