All I'm seeing on twitter is a shitload of people freaking out and trying to make themselves look like they are in the know. It's pretty damned sad. Looks like we are f##king ourselves and drawing all the attention to the Athletic Department.

I have checked everywhere and nothing but Twitter blowing up. I am pretty sure UT has done nothing so I blow it off..but..Hell hath no fury like a lesbian scorned. 
Update: All the chatter seems to be coming from this guy: AJ Hoffman

He says his sources say Bev the rat Lesbian has a list of names of officials and coaches who has inappropriate behavior at UT. Sounds about right since the bitch was fired for keeping up one of her players.
The good news is the rat bitch won't be coaching anywhere anytime soon and that's a damn good thing.

I get it. Trust me, it's frustrating. Not only to you but to us as well (Mike, Aaron, etc.) because while we love what we do, our sources aren't as high up as others like Chip Brown, Bobby Burton or Geoff Ketchum. All are hearing from their sources different things but are all along the lines of the Bev lawsuit.
Sources aren't always right, ask Kirk Herbstriet. We trust what people tell us and what their connections are. Since being on this site and taking over at Hook'em Headlines. I have talked to recruits, high school coaches and others. I don't just run with everything I get told without confirmation but since I don't got a black book of sources like some reporters do, its tough to confirm.
So while yes, some of it came from I guess a radio guy and I modified a retweet of the guy. All I know is Bev is getting under people's skin at UT and making them jumpy. But what it is, I don't know.

True words as Bev the Lesbian is getting ready to file a discrimination suit against the University..Of course she has the tri fecta of reasons. She's black, female and a lesbian. Maybe they should give her the school?
The only good news is she won't be coaching anytime soon. I also smell settlement.

Why is her not coaching again perceived as "good news"? What does that have to do with anything?
It could affect the amount of the damages (if any).
She has a duty to mitigate.
Thus, could be evidence of lack of mitigation on her part.

Bev will eventually be paid something to just end this IMO, but she has absolutely no case. Trying to compare her situation with Applewhite is just laughable. If Bev had anything incriminating, this would already be over. She has jack.

I'm gonna call BS. You don't wait months and months and months to put forth your best case. The best evidence is normally what causes the lawsuit to begin with. That said, it's possible that she could have collected a bunch of names and even some willing testimony. But it's highly unlikely it goes anywhere since at this stage of the game whatever might surface is probably more in line with desperation than anything else.
