I think Brick Haley hopes you are right. They would love for all of the new guys to come in and impress. Wilbon is a great plugger, and DCG has too much quickness. Both could factor in immediately.

I know this year's class will be smaller than the previous years, but can we be expecting any new commitments soon? Or will it be another flurry of commitments late in the process like it was last year. To be honest, from what I have gathered so far, a lot of these recruits seem to waiting to see how we do on the field this year before making a decision on Texas.

We still hear there are issues, and honestly I won't believe anything until he's on campus. This will probably run right up to the season start.

There is a lot of wait and see. There might be 2 or 3 in the next few months, but look for some 2018 guys to make the jump.

Just to piggy back off this one, what is the latest on T. Graham?  Is there a chance he pulls the trigger at UTL?  Regarding UTL, is Chevin Calloway attending?

There's always a chance with Graham. We know he wants to make a decision before the season and Texas is the front runner. Haven't been able to confirm with Calloway yet, but it's on my to do list.

I honestly don't know a ton about baseball, but everything I've read about Pierce seems solid.  When transition happens, I'm generally in favor of continuity and surrounding yourself with people you trust.

I don't know much, but the talk around Waco is that there is substance to those rumors.  We'll see once they start their camps up.

I think it's that Stidham is transferring and Kendall Briles is leaving. I'm not 100% on that, but I think that's it

I always thought something was very strange with Stidham's recruitment. By strange I mean sleazy.
