If so, am I to understand that its algorithms can be programmed to switch votes?

I am developer so I am very interested in the code and doing some research on it.  If 20% of the evidence that was brought forth in the video below is true then that is insane.  I have a difficult time understanding how US election software has so many vulnerabilities and trace logs that can be edited.  As a developer trace logs should NEVER be allowed to be edited.  This is insane.
