AG Paxton Announces Joint Prosecution of Gregg County Organized Election Fraud in Mail-In Balloting Scheme

https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/news/releases/ag-paxton-announces-joint-prosecution-gregg-county-organized-election-fraud-mail-balloting-scheme

In total, the state filed 134 felony charges against the four defendants, including engaging in organized election fraud, illegal voting, fraudulent use of an application for a mail-in ballot, unlawful possession of a mail-in ballot, tampering with a governmental record, and election fraud. Penalties for these offenses range from six months in state jail to 99 years in prison.

A grand jury returned indictments on 23 felony counts against Commissioner Brown, 97 felony counts against Marlena Jackson, eight felony counts against Charlie Burns, and six felony counts against DeWayne Ward. The Office of the Attorney General was assisted by The Gregg County Sheriff’s Office during the investigation. The Texas Attorney General will prosecute this case alongside the Gregg County District Attorney.
If found guilty they should be stripped of US citizenship

Trump seemed awfully unprepared to me.

The question on mail ballots he didnt bring up any of the recent incidents or any of the fraud from 2018.  When Biden said we should all wear masks Trump never brought up that there is no evidence at all they prevent the spread.  Social Distancing is the key there not masks.  IMO Trump blew it.

I do find it funny how Democrats blame Trump for the virus and hence the recession.  I wonder how many people actually fall for that.  I doubt Biden would have done any better, possibly worse.

Trump lost this debate and pretty badly.  He needs to shut up and stop interrupting.  Biden has the advantage of hindsight just like with any challenger to an incumbent.  Biden didnt answer questions just made his planned attacks.  Biden was calm though for the most part.  You can tell his week off for prep paid off.  Biden was alot better than I thought he would be.

I dont have the chart but history shows the winner of the first debate goes on to lose the election something like 70% of the time. I dont think Trump was declared the winner in any debate in 2016 either.  But Trump needed this more than Biden and he didnt get it done.

Oh well 2 more to go. :)

The debate was a shit show and as an American I'm embarrassed. I've never been sold on Biden. And idk if Biden "won" as he avoided a few questions and like @DMAC said basically attacked when given the opportunity. And as feeble as it was Joe did attempt to make a statement encouraging us to get thru this together (unity). Trump was childish and a bully.  When he wasn't getting in his own way he actually made a couple of good points. As I've mentioned before, regardless of policy and economy, or covid and climate change, my issue with Trump has always been his refusal to reunite this nation (& make no bones about it, this nation is divided).  But guys, let's keep it a buck, what stood out in this debate was Trump blatantly refusing to denounce white supremacy. And as a proud black American, there's no longer anything that man can do to earn my support...

You were never going to vote for Trump anyway.   But to the many black Americans that were able to find jobs for the first time under Trump, he indeed showed them he does care about blacks and others that have not tasted the dignity of holding an honest job and providing for yourself rather than be given a handout from a governmental program.  The Democratic Party did away with the black father figure and it has been devastating to the black family culture.   No white supremacy group can ever claim more destruction to the black family than the Democratic Party.

The unity thing is a political illusion and political speak.  It must have been written in some political book somewhere that I never read.  You cant claim unity while attacking half the country.  That goes for both sides.

I would never vote Biden.  Hes a swamp hack and will sell this country out like he has always done.  To Some its about racial issues and to others about economic.  Each to his own.

Yea well Wallace has always been tough on Trump.  He never forced Biden to answer the question on whether he would pack the courts.  I pretty much stopped watching after that.  Only bits and pieces after that.  Missed the racist thing

I watched the last 20 or so minutes. The answer that Trump gave Wallace was spot on about the California wildfires and global warming. The reason the fires in California are because of the stupid laws that make it illegal to remove tinder from the forest floor. That is much more sinister than global warming which has been part of the ecology for millenia. When Wallace completely ignored what he surely knew was true (again, a law of California)  told me everything I needed to know about the moderation of the debate

The bit I saw Wallace practically told Trump to shut up on more than one occasion. He acted like he was speaking with a wayward child. Ever since Disney bought Fox things are moving left on the network.

Just wait until your next sunburn buddy.  Its climate change!  JK

Yea you are right that was a good answer and the correct one.

They both seemed to have trouble getting their points out in a clean fashion.

Wallace is a registered Democrat.  He is usually hard on both sides but he seemed tilted towards Trump more.

When economics supercedes a person's moral compass then they have a heart problem that needs to be addressed immediately!

One of the more memorable statements Biden made was something about violence in the country.  From memory it was something like "Violence is up the country under his administration."

Enter BLM and Antifa roiters brought to you by your friendly Democratic party.  He just tipped the Democratic playbook hand.
