I use to be a democrat (then went libertarian for a while) and got tired of all the nonsense I was expected to swallow - all the time.  You'd think honest dems would get tired of this type of fake reporting. It assumes the audience (mostly libs & dems) are stupid.

A prototype rocket SpaceX hopes to send to Mars one day completed its first successful high-altitude test Wednesday by safely touching down on a landing pad.

Other prototypes of the Starship rocket technically launched successfully in four previous tests, though Wednesday's rocket was the first to reach a high altitude and land in one piece.

"Starship serial number 15 (SN15) successfully completed SpaceX’s fifth high-altitude flight test of a Starship prototype from Starbase in Texas," the company released in a statement.

The prototype, which is powered by three Raptor engines, traveled for about four minutes and reached an altitude of nearly 6 miles over Boca Chica, next to the Gulf of Mexico.



I love seeing exceptionalism at work, whether it's technological in nature or a 6 yr old singing like a 20 yr old.  Our country use to be known as a culture that encourages and applauds exceptionalism; now most applaud division and demographics over exceptionalism.

Portions of it looks like an old Buck Rogers video of 1930s & 1950s - love it.  Notice how it takes off from a flat foundation; not the elaborate docking take-off stations that NASA used in the past.  Also, similar to the Space Shuttles, it changed to a horizontal position to increase resistance and help slow decent. Then, straight up for the landing on flat foundation. fantastic

If anything, we should be disgusted by them.

Any parent in the US who would send their children through a stinking desert, risk fate to wild animals and then get gang raped by the Cartel – should be put away for the rest of their lives.
