This is an updated schedule. Note that DL James Johnson has moved his date up to June 28.

IMO, this was done because Texas is about to be full at DT. He was going to commit in July, but given that Guervil continues to flail his tits at us and a couple others who like us a lot are going to be announcing in days, not a week – he had to move it up to get a spot.

That's my call.

To correct the ledger here, Suchomel does leave the house. Having spent a considerable amount of time at his home over several projects that we completed for him, I can say he was only at his house about half the time we were there. He traveled to recruits homes across the area (which I would drag info out of him afterwards), he covered PCs at UT on the regular. The time he did spend at home was filled with typing and phone calls, as one might expect.

I have not talked to Suchomel in several years, but the guy I knew doesn't fit your description.

I have nothing positive to say about OB or it's owner, but Jason was a good guy.

Probably quite a few misses this week before we start getting some positive news.

Ultimately the timing will feel tough but the class will shake out to be a great one regardless.

OTF guys were discussing how our hit rate will be lower than in the past, but that is mostly because we are swinging for the fences more often than previously. I'd rather go 20 for 50 with 15 HRs compared to 25 for 30 with a bunch of singles.

Sounds like we really want Lee and may stay after him. Though will be a tough sale if we do indeed land Ojo and Turntine.

Simeon ended up being an odd man out with the guys we have committed it seems.

It seems these recruiting losses (my word) are a result of Sark and Co's recruiting philosophy this year. How did someone put it previously: paying for quality depth but not over spending unless that player is of great need?
