Well, we're now in the same month as Hale's commitment date. So there's that.

I heard the donors told Sark no depth charts this year.

Charts Sat. AM.(it takes time to coordinate the NIL money with the list?). Listen to Terry Bowden talks about his biggest fear, the boosters, at all of his jobs. Also mentions the days of a coach getting 5 years is over, it's 2 now.

If Arch leaves, it will be because we put up another stinker of a season. He is Sark's get out of jail card. I'm just seeing the future where the fans and donors insist on Manning over whoever. 

Arch is not leaving, no matter what - as long as Sark is here, Arch is coming.

Agree, but if they put a good product on the field and keep Arch in the fold then I like their chances.  The product doesn't have to be great and beat Bama, but it has to be competitive and in the mix for the conference.  Also wouldn't hurt to see Bijan win the Heisman or at least get invited to NY.

Fellas-

I wanted to share this project I have been working on a for a few months.

I started it off as a cheat sheet for myself, but figured it could potentially help any young coaches looking for jobs or be a great reference for all of us high school football fans and recruiting nerds.

I may add 6-man info down the road, but this has all of the programs across the state from 6A to private school.

TFB saying WR Mikal-HarrisonPilot of Temple will be in Austin next weekend for the Alabama game, but it continues to sound like Texas is just hanging around in this one.

Who's his leader, last I heard it was Cal? Sounds to me like Texas isn't pursuing that hard.

2 months ago, it was all about he and Hale. Gotta love recruiting.

Gerry Hamilton put out a report in the last week or 2, that Coach Marion is still in contact with LSU commit WR Kyle Parker. So I'm not sure it's a guarantee that Pilot would be the 4th WR in the class if Hale commits elsewhere.

Speaking of Parker, I put this in our game thread but too significant not to post here.

Makes me wonder if Texas will push harder here regardless of numbers.
