I forget the exact quote but he said as much recently. Something along the lines of he has known for a few months now. 

This is one as good as done for Texas IMO.

Visiting Texas for the Alabama game

That visit weekend is going to be very interesting:

Akana and Hale are two big names we already know of at key positions. Other than that, in the 2023 group I think the staff will try to get any remaining major target here for that game if possible. 

Given the few remaining spots in 2023 class, I'd expect to see a lot of 2024 guys brought in and maybe a few clear 2025 studs.
